InheritEstate is not new in the inheritance field. With more than two decades of experience in the field, we realized there was a need for “Inheritances as A Service.” We are a network of foreign attorneys, software developers and technology veterans with deep knowledge on how third-world and first-world countries operate in all things related to inheritances in general, probate cases, successions in general, estate planning, wealth management, as well as finding birth and death certificates/records.
InheritEstate brings these “worlds” together to assist local customers and local attorneys who specialize in just one jurisdiction. InheritEstate assists that customer or their lawyer with the internationally-unknown case. One thing is being a local lawyer, where the focus is a specific jurisdiction [i.e.: Santo Domingo in the Dominican Republic, or Buenos Aires in Argentina], and another completely different circumstance is being an international lawyer with a deep understanding on how to proceed when more than one legal system needs to be addressed and connected. A key factor is being bilingual -or even multilingual. Also, knowing both or several cultures, such as the North American and Latin American cultures.

If more than one lawyer abroad is necessary, InheritEstate will make sure that all our attorney-network is duly licensed. Also, our customers are charged for the fee of only one attorney guaranteed.
